A friend of mine was recently told by her husband that if anything ever happened to them, he knew he’d never find anyone as “delicious” as she is. And he meant it. This woman has created a body that never wreaks of morning breath, or B.O. She never needs a douche, and her shit don’t stink….literally. She has naturally created a body that is so clean and healthy, her husband of 15 years calls her “delicious.”
It all started a few years back when she was looking for a way to simply feel better. She had been fighting low grades of depression for as long as she could remember, and was tired of feeling sluggish, uninspired, and getting colds all the time. She started eating “clean”, and her life almost instantly transformed.
Our culture has come to believe that odor is normal. Odor is just a sign that there is rot and decay inside the body. In the book, “Mutant Message Down Under”, Marlo Morgan is a Western Woman who goes on a walkabout with indigenous Aboriginees in Australia. After a few days of walking in the hot sun, her stench was so bad that she was the only one covered in flies. Soon after, packs of hungry animals started following their tribe. The Aboriginees explained that her smell was like rotting meat, and that it was signaling food for the wild animals in the desert. The Aboriginees never had those problems because their diet was clean, and they lived in harmony with nature.
As Westerners, our bodies are full of toxic waste. We are surrounded by toxins in our air, our water, and most importantly our food. When we eat a mainstream diet of white flour, sodas, meat, dairy, pizza, burgers, sugar, processed foods, and packaged snacks that can stay on the grocery shelf for months at a time, we create a cesspool in our guts. Think about all of that food sitting in our guts at 98.6 degrees. Bacteria takes over, viruses thrive, and we create congestion, mucus, and B.O. Think about chewing your dinner, spitting it out into a garbage bag, closing it up and leaving it overnight. How would it smell in the morning? Yep, that’s your innards.
By eating clean, we adopt a diet that doesn’t decompose in our bodies. When we eat foods that were naturally meant for human consumption like fruits, vegetables, fresh juices, and whole grains, not only do we get a perfect combination of nutrients, but those foods use their fiber as natural brooms, and gently sweep the sticky waste that has been building up over time out. So they are clean to eat, AND they clean us up.
Now for anyone who thinks eating clean sounds boring, here are just some of the foods you can enjoy on a clean diet: Avocados, Goat Cheese, Eggs, Whole grain pasta, Winter Squashes, Butter, Sweet Potato, Olives, Fish, Nut Butters, Dried Fruit, Dark Chocolate, and best of all Wine!
Once we start eating clean, the number one tool we can use to aid our bodies in the cleansing process is to do a series of gravity colonics. These gentle sessions are like little miracles for the modern world. With all the years of waste we’ve accumulated, we can really never do too many colonics. The stuff that’s hanging out in our tissues will dump and dump and dump if we let it. It’s shocking how much waste we walk around with.
